“great value 3 star hotel”
Reviewed August 23, 2013

This is a very modern and stylish hotel in the centre of Vigo, well placed for exploring the city. Our room was huge - big, comfortable bed and large modern bathroom, all sparkling clean. Working out how to turn the many lights on and off took a while but we got there in the end! The breakfast, included in our rate, was excellent and the service from all the staff we came in contact with was pleasant and efficient. Best of all we had a prebooked rate of 89 euros a night (£76) including breakfast - excellent value.

My second visit in 3 months and just as good the second time. The receptionists really are most welcoming and the rooms very snazzy. I am writing another review as I had left my phone charger on my previous visit. It appeared at reception for me the first morning after breakfast. Now that really impressed me. Thanks again.

This hotel is ok, and you get what you expect from a 3 star. The fact that everything is black and shiny doesn't make it any more than that.

It's a good location for central Vigo, although parking and driving in the centre of town are a nightmare. The hotel has an 'arrangement' with a nearby parking but it worked out cheaper for me to arrange to ticket directly with the parking reception as I was there for a long stay.

The room is ok, but missing a few comforts. The wifi drove me mental for 3 weeks, disconnecting every hour and requiring the password to be re-entered. This included while actually being online, so not great when you're in the middle of a call.

The food wasn't bad, but I had room sevice a couple of times and the food was cold. There's a good choice of cold items at breakfast and they'll cook you up some eggs, but it's shame about the stale bread hanging around.

The receptionists and other staff were always very helpful and friendly. I think it's a decent enough hotel, but nothing special despite the shininess.

I had a very pleasant 4 night stay in a very modern hotel. It is black and glass with subtle uplighters in the corridors when you exit the lifts. Receptionists are all most helpful. The cleanliness is impressive, rooms very smart and clean towels daily. Breakfast is limited to fried or scrambled eggs in the "hot" department, otherwise cold meats, cheese, cerials, bread etc. The hotel is very quiet and in a great location if you want the harbour / old town. Surrounded by restaurants - tapas bars. Only 25 minutes from the airport by taxi (22 euros). I would go back again.

Impressive hotel especially when you expect a 3 star. It looks like a business hotel with a modern style, all in black and white, maybe a bit too "straight" for some. My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights. We chose the hotel as you only need 5 minutes to reach the harbor where we had to take the ferry to the Islas Cies (wonderful trip!). You have the old town just near by and the train station a few blocks away. We had a large room and bathroom, both nice and clean and with all stuff needed (TV, wifi, bath products, etc.). The wifi was working well. We definitively recommend this hotel, especially in low season you have very good rates!

The staff were most helpful as I needed a doctor and medicine quickly.
The room was clean, modern, and had all the extras you'd expect from a five star hotel. and QUIET!!! all the rooms were soundproofed...even though I overlooked the beautiful boulevard there was no noise.

I'll absolutely return.

Simply a great hotel, for sure needed to be reclassified as 4 stars instead of the 3 as mentioned . The reason for this opinion is sustained in a objective appreciation based on the requisites this hotel is complied for:

- good location (very central);
- intimacy ambience;
- very nice design;
- novice but nice service;
- very clean;

- very inovative technologically (nice internal telephony , TV/video and internet connection)
- extraordinary bed , confortable mattress and sheets;
- essential on bathroom;
- silent:
- good breakfast;
- fair price.

So , its one of these Hotel's that after a city tour you're eager to run for your room. Sadly this brand only has one more Hotel in Sanxenxo... so i will cross my fingers and hope other hotels like this could open in Spain or Portugal.
