My husband and I stayed overnight at this hotel after walking part of The Portuguese Way. The location is great, near to the port also the old town with many bars and restaurants and the price was more than reasonable. The lady at reception was very warm and welcoming and went out of her way to help and advise. Our room was excellent, large, nice en-suite with bath and shower, small balcony and very comfy bed.
The bar was on the 7th floor with a view overlooking the port and this is where breakfast was served also. The only negative comment I could make is it would have been nice if someone had drawn our attention to the little card on the table advising we could order bacon and a variety of eggs. After nearly two weeks in Spain we were so used to having just the hams, cheese, breads etc that were on display that we weren't aware of cooked option until we saw someone else being served bacon and eggs but unfortunately too late for us.
I would recommend this hotel and would definitely book again if I ever find myself in Vigo.

We were warmly welcomed to this hotel and given the keys to our rooms. Unfortunately everything smelled of cigarette smoke which wasn’t the best start. We mentioned this to the Reception staff who went to great lengths to change the smell; changing the bedroom curtains (the next day) and immediately putting a humidifier in our room. Our youngest child also injured himself on a loose fitting floor door stop. We sought medical attention for him in a local (v helpful) pharmacy.
It’s a shame as the hotel has much going for it. The roof terrace is really charming and it’s a great place to enjoy the Vigo views. The staff are kind and attentive. Maybe we were just unfortunate but ...

Our room (Paris) was outstanding, the breakfasts special and personalised, the service left nothing to be desired. One nice touch is leaving free bottles of mineral water and apples for the guests. One tiny comment is a need for at least one international news channel in English.

A hotel near the centre of the city and very near the seaside. Beautiful top-floor breakfast area with a balcony for clear days. Clean and comfortable room, very helpful front-office staff. Situated near a beautiful square and within walking distance of the centre of the city and the main attraction areas.
Vigo is a vibrant Atlantic Ocean port and makes an interesting and different visit.

This was a lovely stay. The staff made the stay for us. The hotel was lovely and clean and the roof top bar was gorgeous. I can’t get over how friendly and helpful the staff were. It made the whole visit to Vigo even better knowing that you could ask questions and they would look after us.

The free water in the Hall was an added touch.
