this hotel is in a convenient location close to the harbour and city centre. Rooms are a nice size and well decorated. Staff are very helpful and speak reasonable english.

Bath not shower - pity.

Note - parking is £11 euro extra.

The location and hotel staff are top-notch, walking nearly anywhere you'd like to go is easy and the front desk staff are eager, patient, and very knowledgeable! WiFi is free and easy to use. The top floor deck is a great place for breakfast or an evening cocktail. The rooms are nicely sized and the water pressure and temperature are more than adequate. The room was clean and housekeeping is very accommodating if you need to sleep in but still would like your room freshened up.
There are two electrical outlets per room and the showers are an awkward maze of a slippery, oddly-shaped bathtub and an annoying piece of cold glass that moves on its own and slaps your posterior while in the shower. The HVAC controls in the room do function but I never figured out when or why the air conditioning came on in only the late afternoon. No issues which were not workable but the air conditioning situation was annoying because sleeping with the balcony door open is smelly and locals loud on weekends. Overall, it's a great value for the money and the front desk staff are amazingly helpful.

Room tip: If your HVAC is not adequate, notify the staff and stay on them about it. Elevators are small if you're a larger-sized ADA traveler.

Situated in the center of Vigo, 10 minutes from the seaport. City parking is in 5 minutes walking distance. Nice and stylish rooms with balconies. We got one with a nice sea-view. Nice restaurant on the last floor with the terrace. Good breakfast with variety of food.
The staff is really nice and always ready to help.
Really recommended.

This is a pretty good hotel. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough to help. It is well placed in the city and 5 minutes from the old town. The room had some excellent features - the bath room was tops. But there is a shortage of sockets to plug in phones etc. Also the TV is quite small for a 4* hotel. In fact I would not say it is 4*. 3* definitely. They have a nice practice of leaving free bottles of water and apples on each corridor. I would go back especially for the helpful staff.

My initial stop on a roadtrip through Galicia started with what could have been a disaster when I left my phone in the taxi that took me from the airport to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel did an amazing job, moving heaven and earth to find the driver's name, locate him and get the phone back, which they were able to do successfully within a couple of hours. I mention this as an example of the incredible friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff, an attribute which undoubtedly helps take a slightly-below-average hotel to an above-average-hotel-experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the old city, and equally importantly, to the port from where the ferries to the Islas Cies depart from ( < 5 minutes walk).

The primary problems with the hotel itself are as follows:

Absolutely nowhere in the rooms to plug in any device to charge - only the bathrooms have spare plugs.

Poor soundproofing, which means street-facing windows will all have a lot of noise coming in. Added to that, there is poor soundproofing between floors and to the interior corridor. Combined with hardwood floors so that you hear people in the room above walking around, it means that if you are a light sleeper then this hotel should not be your first choice

Breakfast on the rooftop is varied, with cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruits, assorted breads & pastries, as well as juices / water / hot beverages, and a lovely view from the rooftop terrace
