We enjoyed the lovely steamed octopus with potatoes, a tender beef steak, some spaghetti al sugo and could not finish everything as the protions were quite big! Ended the mean with a carraquillo de cognac! Reasonable prices, good food and service.

We visited La Bodeguilla for lunch to celebrate completion of the Camino. One of the locals at a nearby table leaned over and said it was one of the best places in town. He was right. We ate downstairs in the crowded bar. It was small, crowded, local and exciting. The atmosphere, food and wine were magic. We went back the following day to sample more of the menu. Loved the place.

Good traditional tapas, popular with locals. Inexpensive, no frills but would definitely return. Don't be put of on arrival, restaurant is on top floor, above the bar. At northern end of town, close to Costa Vella/Altair hotels, away from the main tourist trail. Great value, definitely worth a try!

One of the best wine lists you will see alongside a great local food menu.

The daily set menu is a real bargain, however a selection of the ham had to be tried. Ate here twice on finIshing the Camino, and would go back again.

This place is always packed with locals and tourists which gives a great atmosphere, as well as shows the food/wine is worth it!

Drank here on a few occasions and had an evening meal. Food was good and plentiful. Off the beaten track so they try that bit harder. Highly recommended by locals. You need to like Galacian food though! Authentic experience!
