This is definitely a budget hotel, but the rooms are reasonably large and are very clean. Staff are generally helpful. For me, it was quiet; I was on the left side of the hotel, which faces the parking lot. My travel companions were on the right side of the hotel, which looks onto a park and has a nice view. The downside of this is that there is a games field in the park right by the hotel, with lights, and teams were practicing there (loudly) until at least 11 PM on the night we were there. If you want quiet, the parking lot side may be preferable.
One of the main benefits of this hotel if you have a car is the free parking. You get here down a narrow one-way street, turning left through an archway about halfway down the street into the parking area. The hotel is on the east side of parking area.
Another benefit is the location quite close to the old city. It's a fairly short (about 700 m) and interesting walk through the old town to the cathedral.
Breakfast was pretty basic, but still adequate - yogurt, some fresh fruit, bread for toast, cereal and milk, juices and coffee.More
