The Hotel is realized inside an old nuns coventry - Is one of the best Hotel i ever visited even architecture is minimalist and old fashioned style but rooms are amazing. Very quite place but need a pleasant little walk to reach the Sant Jago Sanctuary. If you like luxury and quite place have to choose this structure. Any particulars in common zones and rooms have a special charme.

Fairly hip and very comfortable small hotel just a short walk from the cathedral and the historic district. We booked an ordinary room and were pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and the space in the room for the price. A particular mention for the very nice Swiss waitress who looked after us beautifully in the lounge and to the Czech front desk clerk who was witty and pleasant. From looking at the breakfast buffet i would not recommend it, standard issue stuff but great Nespresso coffee machine and toast did it for us! So altogether cool and just fine.

This was a wonderful hotel to end the Camino Frances. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud (although having slept in a mix of hotels/PR/CR along the way it didn't take much to be better!), the room itself was spacious and delightfully clean and even on the 1st floor the room had a lovely view across the lawn back to the cathedral. Breakfast was a simple continental self service style with a small selection of hot meals prepared freshly.
Disappointing that the only english chanel on tv was BBC however didn't watch much tv anyway. Also being a 5-star hotel disappointing that they had no 'tourist' information or brochures at the front desk in which to help arrange a bus tour out to Finnisterre or anywhere else. Overall a very nice hotel with excellent bar and pleasant staff.

Room Tip: i booked this hotel through booking.com and it was said to be 300meters from the cathedral - it is n...

From the charm at reception to the comfort of the bedrooms, I could not have felt more relaxed and welcomed. Nothing was too great an effort..... the service was excellent, the staff were just wonderful, aiming to please at every opportunity without being 'in your face'. The building itself was incorporated into an old church building but yet had a modern Spanish feel. I would come back or recommend this place in a heart beat.

There is a garden out the back where I used to sun bathe and I felt it was quite private. The fitness room is very small and limited with 3 cardio machines - treadmill, stepper and bicycle and some free weights. There was also a Sauna and Steamroom and a small pool that was empty while we were there.... it must have been off season or something.

This hotel has been one of the places I slept well and did not want to wake up in the morning! The bed was so comfortable, and the environment was so quiet that we woke up at 10:30 a.m after a long wedding in the same place! The food was extraordinary, the personnel was great!!! The minibar was free, the bathroom was very clean and cute!! (I loved the golf ball like soap!!) I liked the decoration a lot!!!! The hotel staff was very very helpful, and friendly. The only deficit: no free internet in the room but only in the lobby, and I thought it was a shame for a five star hotel. Anyway, who needs so much internet, while you have a lot to do in Santiago!

Room Tip: 113 was ours, and it was great!!!

This hotel is built in an antique convent and it's decoration corresponds to the atmosphere of the place and of the city. I love the decoration and the inside of the hotel - it gave me a relax feeling.
The hotel staff is extremly helpful and always smiling, bringing up their Spanish hospitality. They recommended us a couple of good places to go and restaurants to visit and try.
The room was amazing, with a view of the cathedral and decorated in a Spanish and modern style.
If you are going to visit Santiago and want to enjoy its nightlife this hotel is quite far from the centre, however it is in such a silent place that you will get a calm, undisturbed sleep.

I had two comfortable nights stay here. Most rooms are in a new wing and not a part of the old convent. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, but I felt it was understaffed. One waitress was serving the restaurant, lobby bar and outside. Only had one reception staff, which meant delays. Also I needed a document scanned to return to my accountant, but the front desk was unable to provide this service.
