Great location in Santiago (when you find it - Googlemaps brings you to another hotel so be careful)... Bar staff and cleaning staff were really nice, place is spotlessly clean and the view from our room was great - proximity to Cathedral is great too.

I thought the reception staff were a bit snooty. On check in there was barely a smile - we'd walked the Camino from Padron that day (in the pouring rain) and it took quite a while to check in which wasn't great as we were soaked and just needed hot showers, and no smile from check in agent which was just annoying. Also our bags were lying in reception waiting - most places along the way had already put our delivered bags in our rooms - small touch but so appreciated.
On check out, without even consulting us they put a €50 fee on our room for smoking charge - I was furious. I can understand their smoking policy and agree with it, as I detest smoking. After ringing around to the cleaning staff etc., they realised it wasn't our room... Yes she apologised but the way it was put on the bill in the first place was so annoying.
Would I stay here again - probably not, loved the bar, location and some of the staff but the place is a bit snooty...

Very impressive - tucked away in a quiet corner but near the cathedral. Beautiful room with lots of light and a delightful sitting area overlooking the garden. All renovated to a high standard. Reception was friendly and helpful. For various reasons we had to change the dates of our visit at short notice and they catered for this with ease and goodwill. Breakfast was brilliant!

A really great little hotel in Santiago, perfect for relaxation after the arduous El Camino! My room had a fantastic view of the square adjacent to the hotel with a small enclosed balcony with table and chair. The area seemed super quiet compared to the business of the cathedral.

Staff were super friendly and helpful to give suggestions for cafes/bars/restaurants. Breakfast was small but delish... would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to someone else...

This hotel provided a real treat for us at the end of our Camino journey. It was a relief to be able to sleep in and take a real shower without rushing and enjoy a very lovely breakfast in a beautiful setting. Although the hotel is situated right in the middle of the city, it's off in its own little square so you feel like you're in your own quiet little neighborhood. The room was just wonderful with a beautiful view of the garden below and rooftops beyond that. Modern, clean, sleek, with every amenity. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. I wish we had stayed longer than only one night.

Couldn't fault this hotel for either the accommodation or the service. We arrived by train and found it to be about a 20 minute walk, taking you through the centre. The hotel fronts onto a small Plaza that feels hidden away. The room we had was a large and very light, and came with the added bonus of a glazed balcony looking onto the square. Very comfortable and spacious room that belied the cost. Would certainly stay here again.
