We arrived here by way of the sister hotel (Cassa Villa) being full.It was a great wee place with a very modern makeover of an old building. The staff were all just great and they could not have been more helpful, the rooms were smallish but perfect and the breakfast was fresh and quick with as much as you wanted buffet style. We had great restaurant advice and directions to other towns and tours, all of which is helpful when your Spanish is not great.Alll in all great place to stay.

My friend and I stayed in about 12 different places in Spain and southern France over the course of 2 weeks, and this is still one our favorites. First off, the service was amazing. The friendly and helpful receptionist, who also helped with breakfast the following morning, was a cheery woman who just brightened the room with her smile and personality.

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. We had the room that had the tub outside on the small patio area. It was a bit cold and rainy, so neither of us were really in the mood to test it out, but I'm sure it would be a fun experience.

The breakfast was simple, but amazing. Fresh squeezed orange juice, which was the best I'd ever had. Thick-sliced bread was toasted for us (if you want it toasted), there was olive oil and cheese available, or butter and assortments of jams or honey. There was also fruit, sweet pastries, and cereal available, as well as a self-service coffee station (help yourself to coffee or tea from the station any time of day -- I must of had about 6 café cortados in just a one night stay).

The lounge area is just a little too modern to be comfortable, but I never had much reason to stay too long hanging out there anyway. There's Wi-Fi available as well as a computer to use in the lounge area, which came in handy for extended research and checking in to our flights. My only complaint is that early risers could be heard stomping down the stairs in the morning. This is a minor critique that really has no bearing on my decision to stay again -- wish I had had a couple more days to stay!

All in all, a wonderful experience. My friend and I still talk about that breakfast and the coffee there!

We arrived in Santiago and were shown to this hotel by the very friendly and helpful proprietor of the Hotel Casa Vella which was full. Moure is a very cool modern hotel with amazing rooms and the friendliest service to date on our trip. With lots of nice free touches and quality fittings its a great place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Victor. He looked after us well, recommending local restaurants and areas to explore. The breakfast was lovely especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, local cheese and gorgeous almond cake. It was great to have coffee and tea available all day as well. The room was modern but with a luxurious feel. All of these things will definitely make you return to this hotel.

Charming people run this place - really kind and friendly. The decor is trendy, and the breakfast is lovely. The prices are very low for what you get. I had to leave early to catch a train, so I missed breakfast - they made me a picnic for the journey! I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The only thing missing is a safe in the room - I was travelling alone and wanted to lock my credit cards / passport / money etc away.

Room Tip: The back of the hotel is quieter, but front may be better views.

4 couples booked into this amazing hotel on May 11th... for 2 nights after completing last stage of camino from Sarria. The decor is really amazing, but its also very cleverly designed and exceptionally clean. We were made so welcome by receptionist/concierge/waitress. Boy did she know how to work and be pleasant at the same time. The "kitchen" area was so convenient and so accessible. Free coffee/hot chocolate any time. Breakfast was delicious and again the same exceptionally pleasant staff member.... We saw the rooms and they were very roomy We were in the attic room and while there was plenty space you would want to watch your head if your'e over 6 foot!! The location was excellent and the sun came out so all in all a great couple of days. We used the outside magnificent garden in the sister hotel Hotel Costa Villa just down the road on the right, lovely views of the city here while sipping on a glass of red vino!! Buen Camino

Room Tip: If you are tall avoid the 2 attic rooms...

Our stay at Hotel Moure was fantastic. It's conveniently located. Its staff (Natalia & Victor) is friendly & helpful & its breakfast (toast, pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate & fresh-squeezed orange juice) was delicious & filling (& free for us). Rm 141 was spacious & quiet & our beds were very comfortable. The big bathtub in the center of the room was the icing on the cake.
