Description: The O 'Fado restaurant is located on the Sea walk near the Acuarius and the Domus, a privileged setting in the beautiful province of A Coruña. It offers homemade Galician cuisine of an incomparable quality. The specialty of the house par excellence is Rice, prepared in different ways and with the best products coming from our coasts. If you wish, you can take it home. The seasonal dish is the Laconada, star product of the summer. The O 'Fado restaurant is the best option to enjoy a quiet and pleasant meal overlooking the bay and A Coruña. Hundreds of satisfied customers endorse our reputation. The facilities we have are exceptional. You can count on a spacious living room, with large windows that allow you to observe unique views. And not only stays there, you will also have a garden area at the front of the restaurant and a playground where the little ones can enjoy while you finish your dessert.

We visited this restaurant for a family lunch, and as we live on the same street, we had to try!! Well, we had a wonderful time, fish and meat dishes were tasty and the service was friendly and quick. We will return soon for sure.

Best Paella I’ve ever had! The rest seemed very good also, from the clams to the steaks. View to the North Atlantic and part of the city. Strongly recommend.

What to say amazing place. Very simple but with high quality of the food. I could say that they have the best sea food in the region and the best “tarta de queso“. I always go for the house wine when I am there because is the best choice. I you arrive here try percebes you will like it for sure!

We had a fantastic meal here during our stay in la coruna, we had the seafood rice, razor clams, percebes, zamburinas (local scollops and octopus. All the seafood was fresh and delicious, our waitress was charming and although she only spoke a little English we got by with our limited Spanish and many cheery smiles. A great place for lunch or dinner and great value for money

A simple family restaurant which is accessed through a bar which serves excellent seafood and rice dishes.
Reservations are recommended and a must on week ends since the place is very well concurred by mostly local residents of the city.
The waitress was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and guided us expertly through the menu and the fresh catches of the day. Her recommendations were right on the dot. Ordered as appetizers fresh clams in "Marinera" sauce which were excellent, grilled razor seashells which again were superb and grilled fresh prawns. For main courses, our party of 6 ordered the recommended northern sea bass which were tasty and perfectly cooked. We could not order any of the rice dishes since they have to be reserved ahead of time. The meals were complemented with a good Albariño wine.
The desserts were all home made and very good. Highly recommended.
