I had a superior room with view over the beach and it was worth every penny. The sun entered the big window in the afternoon and it was a pleasure to sit in the sun looking at all people passing by, and have a chilled beer at the same time. Clean and good bed with high Standard of everything. The breakfast was perfect with good balance of everything. I can highly recommend this hotel with welcoming staff and perfect location.

Very nice views. It's located close to the city center and the beach. You can get easily to every interesting place in the city. Nice rooms and very good food as well. The price is ok for a quality hotel like this.

Although the wild windy months of NW Spain are not the best times to be here, this hotel is still a good option even though the wind does howl around the windows something awful. The reception is clean and spacious with helpful staff and the rooms were big with good space. My room had a good view of the bay (shame about the weather and time of year) but I am not sure what other rooms are like. The wifi was included in my rate and it was reliable and a good fast connection. Breakfast was also included and had good choice with the only irritation being the 1 working coffee machine being not particularly good - some days they made it in the kitchen and brought it out, but this was slow and it didn't happen every day.
Generally though, a very comfortable hotel with lots of space and in a good location.

good things are very attentive and friendly staff, clean rooms and the location is just fantastic.
there is no kettle in the room and bottled drinking water, tea etc is all extra. breakfast costs a lot but is nothing special. upgradig the room would also be a lot extra so if you come on holiday, check the rates for a ocean view room before you come as you don't want to see the back alleyy on your holidays. I was there on business so did not mind as much but I did mind the missing kettle and the unstable internet. Overall, still a good choice.

Average room, medium size, nothing special. Breakfast is also average and it may best to take it outside. The best part is the location, in front of the beach. If you go on the right, you go up to the Aquarium and the Hercules Tower (20')

It's an ok hotel for one night on business, we stayed there for 3 nights on a weekend break to La Coruna and found it quite basic. Marble everywhere does not make a hotel and there is plenty of it in the public areas. The lobby is soulless, not a flower or a linen drop or a picture to break up the tons of cold marble, the public areas need to be softened, it is like entering an airport terminal.

The view is the only good thing going for the hotel, if you pay for an Ocean room. Breakfast is not worth taking it's quite basic, you're far better off with a great lunch in the myriad of wonderful restaurants in this lovely old town. It felt like the hotel did not have to work very hard for it's Guests as the business comes in anyway. If that's not the case then the team involved need to take a close look at their product.

Room Tip: Premium Ocean Room

The Hotel is old but the Premium Rooms are really big with a nice views to the beach. Hot water is not easy to find , and if you can´t go up the stairs because you have any fisical problem you must use the entrance near the restaurant. Not really nice for old clients. The floor in the room is quite noisy because is made from an old dark Wood. Breakfast is nothing special. People from reception are not really very nice but waiters in the breakfast room are really very helpful and nice. Best thing, the location.

Room Tip: Premium romos are nice and big and not very expensive.
