Let's just say this restaurant has the full package. To start with the menu is great and has some very unique dishes. The partisan ice cream on the salad was incomparable. The fish soup is also different from any I have tried in Sitges. Delicious. Then there is the staff and owner Angelo. They are all so nice and welcoming. Completely knowledgeable about the menu and specials like the tuna tartar. They also have an excellent steak tartar. If you like fine dining or just great food El Trull will not disappoint.
