Just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Catalina - we were 19 in our party. Perfect location, great views, lovely pool.
Breakfasts and 3 dinners catered wonderfully by Allan. A stunning rustic villa with a world of charm. Lovely restaurant at end of the road and an easy drive to local town St. Pere de Ribes and the Torres vineyard which is a must visit.
Would be great if the guest kitchen was on the same level as the outdoor eating area but it did not deter us from making our own lunches and enjoying the atmosphere of the beautiful terrace. Helpful staff.
Lovely holiday memories.
Our party of 28 stayed at Villa Catalina in May 2017 for our wedding which was also held there and it was everything we could have wished for. We arranged wedding suppliers independently of Villa Catalina before we were aware they could have done this for us, however they were happy to let us use our own suppliers. Wedding with 85 guests went off without a hitch. Villa Catalina is enormous and typically rustic Spanish with some contemporary luxuries thrown in too. The villa and grounds are absolutely beautiful and were immaculate during our stay. Helpful team at Villa Catalina including Alan and Simon the groundkeeper who did a lot of running around for us – taxis etc. which was really helpful. Arranging taxis was a bit of an issue (through no fault of Villa Catalina) as we were such a large group so would recommend hiring a car or two! Professional and helpful service from start to finish. Thanks Boosten Group!
Highly recommended place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms with their own en suites and huge dining areas inside and out. Very spacious inside and if you can find your way out, great places to do nothing, in and out of the sun. Well worth a stay with any large group.
We had an awesome stay with five families at Villa Catalina. Plenty of room and still intimate and different places to repose. Tasteful decorating, nice atmosphere and fairylike surroundings. The owners Servais and Helena are warm personalities with a personal approach, attention for detail and very service focussed! They checked a couple of times during our stay if we were okay or needed some help. They also organised several lovely diners and traditional Spanish lunches for us. We definately return! Mariëlle and Ludo
We have had a holiday in Villa Catalina with 10 adults and 10 kids. Even in february we have had breakfast outside on the beautiful terrace. Dinner in the diningroom lighted by candles was like a ferrytale. Bedrooms like in a movie. Perfect place to play hide and seek. Very lovely people with great feeling for styling and comfort. We will absolutely return to this perfect place.
Stayed here in July 2016 with 6 families. A house well suited for large groups. The house is so big you do get lost but that adds to its character and the kids loved it. The kitchen is adequate to cook a gastronomical feast but you don't want to spend much time in there because the outdoor area oozes charm and Spanish character. Our large group spent long nights enjoying wine, food and dancing under perfectly lighted trees. Also only 10 min to the beaches at Sitges and just 35 min into the heart of Barcelona. It gave us the quintessential Spanish experience.

Unfortunately this villa fell way below expectations. It is run down, poorly laid out and rambling. Set over three or four levels, the house is awkwardly placed on a hillside, beside a busy road and high tension electricity wires running close by. It's not in a good position at all. The villa is dark and gloomy in lots of places, virtually unrenovated, while annoyingly, you're constantly walking up and down huge staircases to get anywhere. It's a colossal effort to get all the food to the only common area to eat, way downstairs and outside. The kitchen facilities are old, badly positioned and insufficient for the amount of people the villa sleeps and there is no central area where all the guests can assemble inside. The villa is like a rabbit warren, divided up with small sitting areas and things like a weird disused wet bar. You literally get lost and can't see/find your fellow residents...so it doesn't have the right feel for large groups. The villa is not maintained well, there are rooms stacked full of old furniture and used for storage. The wifi was useless and couldn't support the amount of people wanting to use it so we had lots of trouble trying to arrange daily activities using google searches and google maps etc. The pool was a long way away from the house, old, had a large pool cleaning apparatus in it the whole time we were there and surrounded by soggy grass. We barely used it. To top it all off I had two silk scarves stolen which were very valuable and until now, the owners refused to accept they were stolen or compensate me. The one day trip the owners recommended to a friend's winery was a disaster. Disappointing is an understatement.
