The rooms and hotel were very clean. The outside bar area was closed most of the time and we had to ask to have it opened. Coffee was only offered in the lobby and not available in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a room with a view of the sea and I was told that we didn't pay enough for that view.
The hotel is about a mile from the town center. So if you want quiet it's perfect, but a little far to get a snack.

Stayed at this hotel several times on route to southern Spain. Recently booked a trip but unfortunately had to delay by 2 days, all the other hotels happily changed my booking but not this one, they refused even though they had rooms available, and refused to give any refund. Poor service from the management team, once they have your money they do not care.

Thank you for completing the survey about your interaction with our Hotel. About the situation mentioned we like to clarify:
- Your reservation was made through an online travel agency, so the hotel could not do anything with that reservation, it is the customer who has to contact the agency and the agency give you a solution, not the hotel.
- The rate chosen by you was a Non-Refundable, when you could have chosen another with flexible cancellation. Even if you had contacted the agency, surely it would have informed you that it is not possible to modify or cancel it. All customers have the possibility to choose a flexible rate that allows modifying or canceling for free, to prevent any incident.
For these reasons, we do not understand that you blame the hotel, when we do not have any responsibility in what you have commented.

Sitges can be a bit manic during the many events they have year round. This hotel provides a truly welcome escape from the crowds, being located about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town along the promenade.

Yes, the hotel may need some modernizing, but it's kept immaculate. Our room on the third floor faced both the sea and Sitges. It really had the best of views. The room was large and beds were comfortable.

The pool was fantastic and there were lots of sunbeds available throughout the day. Having the pool side bar was great, and the outside restaurant offered really great quality meals.

This hotel is perfect if you want to have a quiet, chill out holiday. The restaurants and nightlife are still close at hand, so you won't feel out of it.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the beach. The rooms are small, the decor tired and the towels might have come from a boot sale somewhere. Staff hardly speak english and the WiFi is just a rumor. They also don't even provide coffee/tea in the rooms, instead, the coffee is in the reception lobby downstairs and you drink it from paper cups only. I feel ripped off. The sink in our bathroom leaked so much they had to move us to another room where you couldn't open the one cupboard door as the auto door closer for the door was in the way.

Room tip: Choose another hotel rather.

Thank you for completing the survey regarding your stay in our Hotel. I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we'll be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we could offer a better experience for guests in the future. About your comments:
The towels are new every day and cames from an external company who takes care of it.
The wifi works fine, some times, as an electronic device, doesn't work and we have to re-start it, we did it.
All the staff speaks english, some of them better than others, of course, also we speak french, german and italian.
The coffee service in the lobby is a free service for the guest, there is no obligation to have coffee machine in the rooms, also the cups are recycled cardboard, because they are greener than porcelain
I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience in other room type.

Stayed in the junior suite called Llevant. Very spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Located opposite the beach. Car parking a bonus.
Staff at reception efficient and courteous.
The only disappointment was one very surly staff member at the pool with curly red/orange hair. It was also rather odd, that although they had a cocktail list, the ONLY cocktail they offered was a mohito.
