Passeig Maritim/Paseo Marítimo is a busy stretch of beaches in Sitges. The further south you go, the less busy the beaches. But all of them are clean and inviting. There are many cafes and restaurants and hotels along the passeig and a little 'train' will take you from the church of Santa Tecla at the busy north end, to the Terramar hotel at the quieter south end, it's about €3. On one of the central groynes there is an interesting pink triangle monument to those gay men who died in the Nazi concentration camps during World War II.
