if you like Indian food you must go there... cheap prices, big and tasty dishes and a friendly service... what else can you ask for?

Being quite the inidian cuisine connoisseur i can say that this indian restaurant went down well. Decor a bit strange but what indian restaurant isnt. You can sit out side which is really nice to take in the local ambience but there is only two small tables for two outside. They do reasonable menu deals. good service.

After days of Spanish food we craved a little spice! Small, cosy restaurant in the old town. Dishes on the mild side but overall very nice with good service

Balti lamb + plain rice + a large beer €17. Service fine, but the restaurant was almost empty. I asked for extra hot, and it was plenty spicy for a UK-trained palate.

I've eaten a lot of Indian Food, including in some of the most highly regarded restaurants in London, and cooked a fair bit of it myself.

I went there for lunch with my wife, toddler and baby.

What's good:
-Great friendly service from the proprietor.
-Very clean as has been said already.
-use of fresh ingredieds.
-value for money

Poppadums with dips including very fresh chunky tom onion and cucumber.
Pilau rice, Peshwari Naan, - both very nice, real whole spices in the rice. Naan very thin so not very filling.
Tarka Daal - Nice. Plenty of garlic.
Chicken Saag - quite nice but lacking any spice at all.
Chicken Jalfrezi - Contained nice fresh veggies, but I don't think there was any fresh chillies and I strongly suspect that the sauce was from a jar. I was warned it would be very hot. Not quite hot enough.

Overall it pretty decent but the actual curries themselves were not amazing.

Other comments: Portions were a bit on the small side. Beer not cold enough.
"Americano" coffee weak and pretty nasty.

I'd still say if you have a curry craving give this place a try.
