This was the best meal I had in my month long trip to Europe. I am vegetarian, but the other 3 people in my party are not, and everyone absolutely loved our meal. The chef is brilliant, he created such unique tapas that are nothing like all of the other places in town. The combinations of flavors and textures, plus being able to watch him in the open kitchen, it was all amazing. If you're in Barcelona, you must go to this restaurant!

Great veggie tapas style tasting menu with loads of little treasures. Only downside being that you couldn't pick your own desert which was a tad disappointing. Cant complain on the value for money though!

This is my third time here, second time on the tasting menu and it still continues to tickle my taste buds. The place was busy on a Monday evening with the usual cross section of veggie types - the aging dutch punk rock type with a tattooed lady, members of the LGBT community, earnest sl podgy people in checked shirts and baseball caps ? Americans, me and part of my family.

We started with a cold soup melon basil and ginger, lovely and fresh, followed by at least 8 other little delicious pieces of food including spinach and feta rolls roasted red cabbage with dukkah, pan tomate, green tomatoes with provolone hummus potatoes with dip and mushroom croquettes and pardon peppers. We passed on the g and t menu as we'd had a few pints watching the footie though it usually would be a must. We got 2 glasses of wine with out meal each and it all came to 100 euro. By the way by the rock n roll chef is back in the kitchen. I shook his hand on the way out and as if by magic shots appeared at the end of the bar for us . Great night out with happy ending.. You gotta eat here.

Following much positive advice and wanting something different, we headed to Sesamo...what did we find? A dingy (see pic of the view from my seat!), dirty (bathrooms, if one can call it so), smelly (humidity) mess of a place. Maybe we should have left right then but were hoping for some culinary excitement...not the case. Everything was nice but nothing special and found that a quarter of a small cauliflower covered with pesto and tahini was a joke at 11.50 euros. I just don't understand the raving about this place.
