This restaurant was a recommendation from the hotel we stayed at in Les Tres Torres area. We made a reservation for 9pm (opening time - this is Spain after all!).
We received a warm welcome and the service was attentive and helpful - although language was an adventurous and somewhat humorous barrier we coped. El Trapio is typically Spanish seating about 80 people we thought. It is somewhat dated in style lots of wood - and something we have not seen in the UK for many a year - a desert trolley. My partner was in reminiscence heaven!
The menu was extremely extensive and I have to say everything we chose was wonderful. We left at about 11.30pm and diners were still arriving.
The bill was we thought, very reasonable: and we left feeling suitably smug having ventured into an all Spanish environment and thoughoughly enjoyed our experience.
Should you be in Bonanova or Les Tres Torres suburbs do try this place out - you will not be disappointed I am sure.
