“Nice food with fair price - don't miss it”
Reviewed January 6, 2014 via mobile

2 of us ordered four dishes - fried squid with lemon mayonnaise sauce, burger with goat cheese and cranberry jam, chicken wings and fried cud fish. I can honestly say that not even one dish fail to satisfy us. We could tell that all the food are freshly made because the taste was so great and fresh. The portion is also decent with the reasonable price. All the staff were happy to help and responding quickly. Wonderful experience!

“Delicious”
Reviewed January 5, 2014

We recently are at this restaurant and was one of the more reasonably priced places to eat along La Rambla. The service was exceptional. I have a peanut allergy and I was extemely well looked after. The waitress was clearly familiar with the food and immediately assured me there were no peanuts used in the kitchen. Would absolutely return to this place!

“Tapas with Style”
Reviewed January 5, 2014 via mobile

Being new to Barcelona we had steered clear of the Tapas bars as we didn't really understand them however we wandered past this one which looked very inviting and one of the waiters explained how it worked.
There was an English translation to the menu so no big gaffes possible.
The waiter said as we were two we should order four dishes and see how we got on. Dishes were anything from 3 euros to 14 euros each so we played it safe and got a couple of cheap ones and a couple of more expensive ones. The paella would have been a perfect meal for one - as would the lamb and chips. The salad was as you imagine.
After our four plates we had room to share a brilliant cheesecake dessert. We found the whole experience great in a really buzzy restaurant.
If you are new to Barcelona and new to the tapas experience this is definitely the place to start.
Really good evening.
We were glad we went early though as by the time we left the locals were queuing to get in.
Can recommend it!

“Great food, reasonably priced”
Reviewed January 2, 2014 via mobile

Great staff, generous portions. Four of us had dinner costing 80 euros. Food was not over-salted, which is always difficult to find as bad food is often masked by over-salting.

“Great food, explore your tastebuds”
Reviewed December 29, 2013

This was the first time my wife tried tapas, and this restaurant services great ones. It has an extensive wine list and a great selection of tapas with some exotic and not so exotic varieties.
