“Ambiance & a taste of Spain”
Reviewed April 21, 2014

Sit at the bar, grab a drink and order from the specials. Outdoor seating is also available. Restaurant has excellent food, good place to grab a drink on your way out or in, or just sit and people watch. Restaurant is attached to a market that during the day gives you a feel of what life would be in Barcelona. Go visit and come back at night for tapas.

“Tasty food, nice location, a bit pricey”
Reviewed April 11, 2014

We had a lunch in this restaurant during our recent visit to Barcelona. The food was quite tasty although we waited quite long for the waiter to serve us. It's located near a traditional style market which is an interesting visit. The prices I think were a bit high for this level of quality. However, we enjoyed the nice sun since we seated outside. Inside the restaurant is well designed and cozy. It deserves a visit if you're in the neighborhood but don't prepare yourself for anything very special.

“Trendy popular market next to the market”
Reviewed April 9, 2014

It is a noisy busy place which fills up quickly. Not sure how we were so lucky to get a table for 4 at 8.30pm on a Friday night straight away. We had expected to queue. The table was pretty wide so made it even more difficult to talk to our friends across from us. Quite a varied menu prepared by different chefs scattered around the perimeter of the restaurant. The mains came at staggered times so my friend was finished nearly by the time I started. I ordered the octopus (pulp). A huge portion but very tender and tasty. My husband had the garlic shrimp grilled. Also very good. The service was not bad for such a busy place. We flagged down servers when we had questions. We had false expectations of the restaurant being in the acutal market, rather it is alongside it but separate. The desserts looked tempting but we decided to go for an ice cream and a stroll.

“Love this restaurant”

Great variety of food. Something for everyone. A unique twist on that goes beyond traditional Spanish tapas. Hard to get in without waiting but well worth the effort. Do not leave without a desert too!

“Quite good food, high price”
Reviewed April 1, 2014 via mobile

Food tastes good but the restaurant is a bit pricey.

The roasted provolone cheese with tomato confit and pesto was really good. Suckling pig is €40 but it's quite big good for sharing. Comes with fries and some yummy sauce.

Waitress said that all the seafood and rice are good.
