Didn't realise this was part of a chain. The service was poor. They took a long time to take my drinks order and to get the bill. The choice of tapas was not great either. Not worth the money.

Let's not talk too much about food here - it's ok, not much more, not much less - and come straight to the point: the service is awful, lousy, terrible, horrible, abysmal...
This restaurant offers some of the poorest service I've ever seen... in my life! It starts with ordering the food: as we still had some questions for the waiter, he seemed about as impatient as if he had to catch the bus in about one minute. Next, the serving of the food: the dishes were literally "thrown" on our table, as you'd otherwise do with dogs or cats. But the highlight was still to come when my girlfriend complained about the obviously raw prawn: the waiter instantly felt attacked and answered arrogantly that this is the way the prawn was eaten in Barcelona. Then he asked her in a dismissive manner whether she still wants it. Then he immediately turned to his colleague to angrily comment the incidence, probably assuming that we don't speak Spanish. But more likely, he didn't care at all whether we'd realize that he was talking about us. How much deeper can you fall? Our clear recommendation: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! NEVER!

SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE!

Staff - Clueless walking around aimlessly, not taking orders, on personal phones and totally lacking customer service.

Food - Delivered one Tapas at a time?!! Very average. Tiny portions

Halfway through the meal the staff turned the TV volume all the way up because there was a football game they wanted to watch.

The food isn't very good here. It also isn't that expensive but if you travel just one or two streets away you'll get much better tapas for similar prices.
The service was abysmal, they forgot half our order (fortunately then didn't try to charge for it), and it took half an hour to get the bill!

Writing this review for fellow vegetarian travelers who may have a hard time finding tapas places with enough vegetarian options in Spain ( like I did) - this place offers at least around 6 -7 different tasty options. Included were usual the patatas bravas ( which was somewhat mediocre) and fried padron peppers ( yummy!) but they also had goat cheese on zucchini, sautéed mushrooms, grilled veges, four cheese croquettes n definitely more.
I would go back just for the padron peppers ..:)
And lastly - Quick, friendly service and very affordable too:)
