“Dissapointing”

You can compare it with a fast food type of restaurant, but then tapas. Variety of tapas en taste were dissapointing. Service too was terrible. After a long day and tired feet, we chose this tapas restaurant, with regret.

“very touristic... tastes not good...would not recommend...”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

After an exhausting long day wandering around the city, we just walked in this restaurant on our way to the Hotel. This restaurant seems not bad from outside, the location is perfect, but simply do not go there. The shrimp was the worst I have ever had with bad smell and taste, the rest was not better at all. Imagine that the best was the fried potatoes with garlic mayonnaise, which was free already because of our city tour ticket :-) Anyway, the guy serving us tried to compensate the shrimp at the end (though, I was just not sure if he made it right, because he said he charged the shrimp in half or something, but he added sangria as 10 eur ! which seemed a bit high to me, so do not know really, thanks anyway for his efforts at least). But the result of my experience is, if you expect to be served nice and if you want to taste nicer tapas special to Spain, I would not recommend this restaurant, extremely touristic. There are hundreds of them, try the others.

“Average Tapas”

I went there after reading few reviews, nice place, touristic, I loved the menu that has all the pictures of the dishes, so you can know what you're ordering if you're new to the Tapas idea...food was fresh, prices Are average and it was overall a nice experience but nothing special.

Stopped here for our first meal in barcelona, off of passeig de gracia so we knew we would be in the tourist area. the tapas were good, not great. there are so many other good tapas places in barcelona, this could be skipped.
