For USD 27 per person, you get a 3-course dinner with wine and coffee included. That's the best thing about Flamant. That said, food and service were uneven. The decor is top-notch, looks like a Michelin star restaurant. Very large space with many, many tables. Some large groups, so can be noisy. The asparagus soup and goat cheese salad were relish. Panacotta dessert and coffee (served with warm milk) excellent. But our entrees (seared tuna & sausage dish) were very salty, while the pear cake was too sweet. Soup and entrees were not hot, just tepid, when served at our table. Service was spotty. Maitre d' was friendly and pleasant, but took a long time to get us the prixe fix menu we requested. Waiters not very attentive, they seem to have too many tables to serve. Overall, good value for price but apart from that, nothing special.
