All the dishes were below par compared to the rest of the restaurants we ate in. Packet ham covered in paprika, cold potatoes, bread we didn't order and were charged 5 Euros for, surly service and a bill that was both expensive and more than advertised on the menu. (This tax was in the small print). Avoid. There are plenty of nicer and cheaper restaurants.

This restaurant experience felt like a hustle from beginning to end. The food was reasonably good, but the service and overall experience was unacceptable. When the bill came, we were charged for food that we did not order. In addition, we were told that there was a 15% additional charge to sit outside. This appears to have happened to others as well. If you want a dining experience in which you feel well taken care of, this is not it. We simply felt taken.

Tapas lunch on a small, intimate square (Plaça de les Olles) in the Ribera district has been by far the culinary highlight of our three day city trip in Barcelona. The restaurant / vinoteria “Celler de la Ribera” is part of the LT Grupo, a restoration Group in Barcelona, specialist in Mediterranean Tapas, and this place appears to be the most recent restaurant that they opened.
We had just taken a place outsider at a table that just became available, and we were immediately greated by a friendly waiter. The “servicio pan” was served quickly and the bread with tomato spread was already unexpectedly delicious.
We ordered four tapas dishes but we could have continued to enjoy the full menu list. The dishes were served promptly and tasted heavenly: scallops with green asparagus and trout’s lumps, grilled duck foie gras with Ginger bread and mango coulis, grilled typical catalan sausage with Oyster mushrooms and garlic mayonaise, marinated Chicken skewers with soya sause and sesame seeds. All four were out right delicious. I treated myself with a dessert : homemade crep filled with cream and hot chocolate sause. It was served as a miniature gem that I enjoyed thoroughly. We got this address as a tip from our daughter who has herewith ensured herself of our eternal gratitude.

Searched high and low for freshly prepared tapas rather than the usual stuff that often sits out on the bar for hours. Stumbled on this place one night and enjoyed it so much we came back 2 more times. The menu is not extensive, but what they have is well prepared. I'm sure they probably had some good wine, but we really enjoyed their sangria- wasn't overly sweet.
