We were excited to eat here, decor is beautiful and the restaurant is historically interesting. Service was poor. Our waitress took forever to take our order, cleared plates away from people who were still eating and did not really know much about the items on the menu. She must have taken a break, because another woman took over(she was way more professional and kind) and the previous waitress never returned! The food was neither good nor bad, it was bland. I ordered the hake with potatoes, which was basically steamed fish and potatoes, no flavor, no seasoning. My friend ordered the vegetable and meat paella. This paella was incredibly salty and somewhat resembled a stir fry, there were hints of soy sauce, which was weird. I don’t know much about Paella so I am not one to grade it’s authenticity; however, it just did not taste good. I hate to leave any business a poor review, but this one was a bummer.
