We stayed here for 2nights and thoughts it was great! The staff were extremely polite and eager to please. The property is new, modern, clean, and spacious. They offer a free buffet for lunch/late snack. Only issue was that it is a little pricey but not enough to deter us.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and cannot say enough about it. Fantastic location, attentive staff and brilliant room. Room was beautifully clean and modern and very quiet at night despite being only 5 mins form the main square. Frosted glass doors in the showers may be nice if you are trying to sneak a cheeky peek of your foxy girlfriend taking a shower but waking up seeing your sister sitting on the toilet first thing is enough to put you off your breakfast. ( Doubt view was much better for her though in reverse. ) Aerobus drops you less than 5 min walk from the hotel and you can catch the tourist bus from the same place. Breakfast buffet good ( particularly enjoyed the roasted corgettes (!?) which appeared to be a delicacy for breakfast ), and afternoon sandwiches on offer an added bonus. ( Sister seemed far more impressed with the afternoon free grub on offer than the historic delights Barca had to offer. ) Witnessed 'snack gate' above and the staff were polite and very courteous. Think it only fair to ask people who bring in McDonalds to a hotel and then chow down in reception TO EAT IT IN THEIR ROOMS - wasn't as if they said that you couldn't bring food into the hotel. Would definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Even had a visit every evening from a lady who brought us chocolates and asked us if everything was ok with the room - big shout out for Robert too who gave us a tour of the hotel on arrival. As a fan of fast food loved the fact that I could charge up with a beer and fries at MaccyD's that was an exhausting 20 second walk from the hotel where I sat in one of the 225 seats that have.....!!

Room Tip: Go for one on a high floor as you can feel the metro going underneath the hotel at times - minor iss...

It was Clean, modern, perfect location, central to everything. Excellent service. Free buffet is just what I needed after a long day out. I am coming back and recommend it to all of my friends, no doubt. Oh, did I mention clean and modern?

We stay here for 4 nights and are getting sick of the breakfast and so call free buffet. We bought our own snack for afternoon tea break and are forbidden to eat at the buffet restaurant. The staff just told us that it is the hotel rule. We only request for 15 min to clear the food but are still rejected. My husband feels upset and we clear up the place and get back the hotel room.

About the swimming pool, we cannot really call it a pool. It will be over crowded for having 3 people in it.

The only thing that I like is the location.

Not recommend for family stay as the shower room is semi transparent. It is very inconvenient if you have elder child.

This new hotel is ideally located for walking in and around Barcelona and Barcelona is a a wonderful place for walks. The location is near Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The hotel is new and well run. The staff are friendly and helpful. They serve a very nice breakfast and lunch whuch was included in our rate.
The onky caveat was that even though we were on the 3rd floor, we could faintly hear the rumble of the occasional subway. It did not effect us but we did notice it I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the rooftop suite with private pool for 5 nights and loved everything about our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to explore the city by foot or by metro. We parked our car in the available car park located underneath the hotel and never worried about it for a minute. The staff takes time to answer all your questions in detail. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Breakfast offered a variety of choices to everyone's taste - they even offer gluten free food. Also, the variety of snacks available in the afternoon and evening was excellent and always fresh. The rooftop suite is spacious and has 2 bathrooms with toilet. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The balcony is also huge and offers three different kinds of seating: lounge sofa, table and chairs, and reclining chairs. The private pool is simply wonderful. We both like some privacy after a busy day of exploring and the rooftop suite was like an oasis to us. Of course, there is noise from the city but that is inherent when you book a hotel room in the middle of the city center. When the balcony doors are closed you can hear almost no noise. Yes, you can hear and feel the metro underneath the building but this never bothered us. We would definitely return!

Room Tip: We would definitely recommend the rooftop suite with private pool! Extra tip: when on stand by, if t...
