We enjoyed a super cooking class at Cook & Taste which is located in a narrow road just behind the cathedral. They can acommodate groups up to 24 persons and two cooks was showing us how to prepare a Paella Valencian Style along with a Romesco Sauce and a Red Bell Pepper Soup flavoured with toasted saffron and cod. The final dish was Creme Brulee (Creme Catalan) which everyone enyoed to heat it over.
Wine and wate is included and the meal was delicious and we all voted this as a great cooking experience.
