We recommend our handmade pies, salads, cheese or potatoes 4 bravas (baked) sandwiches like ham cut by hand or galician ham with cheese. At winter season you can enjoy our vegetables cream (carrots, leeks , zucchini, pumpking ...) And our pies (cheese, carrot, apple ...) Combined with our tea ... Delicious !!! “Homely and unique”
Reviewed August 18, 2014

The food was special, unexpected flavours and mixtures especially in the aQistoi salad. This was exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for to spend our final evening here. It was so homely as if we were dining in someone's living room. The owners who cook everything themselves and to order fresh were so welcoming and this is a genuine place to eat Spanish cuisine. We were the only two diners at the time at a strange early dinner of 5pm, had the place to ourselves and talked at length with them. So glad after doing our research to finally visit and leave here on a high.

“Perfect meal for our last night”
Reviewed August 18, 2014

Visited aQistoi on our last day in Barcelona and what a great meal to end with. We went at 5pm which isn't the best time but still had a brilliant meal. The salad was unique and delicious, the patatas wholesome and moreish. This is a friendly, warm and welcoming cafe where you get food made with care and genuine care. Overall a great meal and real piece of barcelona.

“For it all.”
Reviewed August 16, 2014

The ideal spot to drop in and take a break from exploring during the day and a great place to eat and take in Barcelonas night life.
Fresh hand made pastries make this an ideal location for a breakfast stop but the food switches up gears as the day goes on leading it into a busy bustling bar that has that eclectic Barcelona vibe and is frequented by locals and visitors alike.
The staff could not be more friendly or helpful, I cant recommend this unique bar with its quirky decor enough.

“Fantastic”
Reviewed August 10, 2014

My husband and I were visiting Barcelona and picked this place for dinner on the basis of good reviews. Not really a restaurant, more of an exceptional cafe, the menu consisted of a choice of empanadas, sandwiches and their signature salads and sides. Beautifully prepared, tasty food coupled with the owner's enthusiasm for his ingredients and ability to make us laugh, feel welcome and well looked after meant that this was the only place we visited twice during our week long stay.
