Situated on the top of a reasonable shopping area there are great vantage points to see all around Plaza Espana. Spme good restaurants on the top deck, some a little pricey, but in the -1 level a great selection of cheaper restaurants.
A shopping center with nothing special shopping-wise. Nice view from the top and lots of restaurants. The elevator to the top costs 1e, but from the inside you can take an escalator for free.
You should go to the top floor for the views. There are also about a dozen restaurants.

The monument is on a pretty square in a very buys part of town. Lots of people and lots of traffic and a big shopping center.
Located in Plaza de España, this comercial center has an upper terrace, from where you can see the fountains of the square and the monumental set of industrial Spain, in the direction of to the Montjuic area. The upper terrace is also plenty of restaurants,
among which there are different types of food specialties.
