No bullfight but colored metal fight with concrete trying to explain people of its beauty but every one sees the beauty. the problem is that metal does not understand, how can we explain? It is beautiful, every one knows it is beautiful and I think the messages sent through the universe from the people will finally make the metal understand and stop fighting. It's illegal to fight here

Our driver pointed the mall out on our way to the hotel. Bullfighting is now illegal in Barcelona so the turned the old bullfighting stadium into a shopping mall. The building is magnificent! On the roof are many restaurants and we chose to go early evening, did a little shopping then up to the roof for dinner. It was fabulous! From the roof you can walk the entire 360 degrees to check out the great views of the city. We were even able to watch the magic fountain show from the top. Take a cardigan, it gets a little chilly with the wind, even in summer.
I believe there is an elevator that takes you straight to the roof from the outside for a fee, but go in, the building is amazing, it costs you nothing and you see more

We went to see the Magic Fountain at first and came across this shopping center. You can take there a paid lift to the roof but it's better to go inside, take the escalators and get there free ;) You won't regret it, it's stunning! Especially at night when you can see the fountain and the Art Museum in all its splendour!

Some good high street shops here but for me its worth it for the roof top viewing platform.

We never tried any of the food outlets on the roof terrace but there was a wide selection to choose from.

Toilets are clean and are free to use.

Go to the top of the shopping centre for a view of the city, it may not be particularly high but you can see most of the sights, you can take the lift outside for 1 euro or you can take the escalator inside for free. We had a look around the shops but that wasn't really why we were there. Worth a trip up if you are in the area.
