Quality of the food, innovation in each season, how he cares about you and your sensations... the whole event is an experience. A few recommendations: tuna menu, Steak tartar at Carlos style, Perdices escabechadas, Pichon, Cocochas... spanish finest culinary art carefully prepared. And a mention for the wine. You can find there one of the finest Albillos available in Barcelona. Congratulations Carlos for making this happen.
