V. Jeetah comment refers to Sagrada Familia "Holy Family" and not to this temple located on top of Tibidabo mountain. Also interesting and with breathtaking view of Barcelona. Nothing to do with Gaudi.

“I can see for miles...”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 5, 2013

Best views in BCN. If you liked the Sagrada Famillia, then you must visit this attraction - at least it's finished! You can take bus 196 / or the blue tram ( if its running) from Placa JFK, to the "funicular". You can also walk up from JFK to the Fenicular but you have to be fit. (Bus is only 2 Euros). Once you get to the top, your are at an old theme park. Above the park, the church architecture is relatively new, but clean and well designed. You must take the 2 euro elevator up to the top of the spire. The views are tremendous. however, choose a calm warm clear day, and not a windy day to go up here, as it is very windy. 360' degree views are guaranteed on a good day.

“Mesmerising.”

This was a fantastic afternoon treat. The building and architcte was amazing and breathtaking. It took us a few hours to walk around and take it all in. I have no interest in religion, but if you do am sure you could spend even longer there. Well worth a visit.

“A truly beautiful attraction.”

We took the small funicular up to Sagrat Cor as my fiance had read that the views were breathtaking and he had certainly read right. Quite possibly the most beautiful settings to aid an equally beautiful 360' view of Barcelona. The amusement park was closed when we visited but climbing to the top of Sagrat Cor was enough to pass our time. I cannot emphasize enough that this is most definitely worth a visit, although I am slightly biased as it was actually where we got engaged. Perfect, just perfect.

“Best views of barcelona”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 3, 2013 via mobile

You can see absolutely everything from up there- views are much better looking out over the city and the coast than from the olympic park area. Its possible to climb right to the top of the tower too.

The temple itself is located in a small theme park, and would probably be less fun to visit with more attendees in the peak seasons.
