You just seem to come across the hotel! Shops close by, Beach isn't too far and close to the train Station! I stayed here for two nights with my friends whilst travelling round Europe and it was very reasonable and breakfast was average, Good to get you going for the day though! Didn't Like the walk up the stairs though and the lift was tiny!

We stayed for one night before our cruise. The hotel is very basic but was ideally located to the port. There are plenty of places to have drinks & a meal close to the hotel. It's clean & the staff were friendly. We would stay there again but only for a couple of nights at most. We would go elsewhere for breakfast next time.

We spent one night here in Barcelona. It was reasonably cheap, but not cheap-cheap, and the room smelled and there was no window. We were staying with friends, and their room was okay (it had a window), but without a window it feels a bit like a prison cell. The part of town is nice, but the hotel room was dingy, dark and fluorescent. I expected a bit more for the money, and for what we got I think we could have paid half. I wasn't expecting bells and whistles, but I did expect more than a somewhat dirty, stinky, dark room with no natural light.

Most of the things were great - staff friendly and helping, rooms clean, BUT the window opens to a small inner yard, so if you get a room with a window to this side, do not expect any fresh air at any time, even at night - just bad smell from the outside :( Other rooms may be much better, but room 35 is what you should definately avoid.

And no ELEVATOR!!! You may have to climb to the 6th floor (which is the 3rd floor of the hotel) with your luggage, the strairs are narrow and not very comfy for such a mission :) But that is not as bad as window to the inner yard...

The beds were too old and hard, the food was too stale and not worth the money. But everything else was great.

This hotel is about 15min walk from las rambles. It is one straight road off the ramblas, well worth the money and was nice and clean. Beds made everyday, didn't have breakfast but the bar was nice. Cosy little basic clean place, would definitely recommend if you dont mind the walk.
