“Thoroughly worthwhile.”

My friends and I were in Barcelona, and we were quite rightly advised to go on one of the free walking tours. Colin was our guide and was very friendly and extremely clued up on all things Barcelona. I had no idea of the incredible history of the city, but after the tour I certainly feel really informed. Would thoroughly recommend this to a friend.

“Free Old Town Barcelona Walking Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 3, 2013

The walking tour was fantastic. Free two and a half hour tour around old town looking at old Roman Ruins, churches, landmarks, and pieces of art. Our tour guide, Collin, was very personable, very knowledgable, and very open to any of our questions. Definitely a must-do for any group or single traveling to Barcelona.

“Fantastic tour! Best guide I´ve had! Do it for sure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 1, 2013

Had a great tour let by Duncan, he was so informative, interesting and ridiculously knowledgeble on the history of this gorgeous city. He is obviously very passionate about what he does which shows through, he welcomed questions and went out of his way to make sure every person on the tour was enjoying themselves. Duncan has the true Irish knack of storytelling and a personality perfect for what he does. The company is very lucky to have such a wonderful guide!

As with all free tour companies there is a bar to go to after the tour, you get a beer for a euro which is very cheap! I would not recommend going there for any other reason though, it is just another tourist trap in a city full of them.

Thank you Duncan!
