“A fabulous, tasty surprise”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 22, 2013

Found this place by accident and despite not having booked, they made us welcome and just asked if we could come back in 20 mins. When we came back, they had a table ready in our name. The food on the Valentine's tasting menu was exquisite, extremely tasty and unlike anything we had had before, including a salad with chocolate vinaigrette and a seafood canneloni which made the mouth burst with flavour. The carpaccios were not something I would have chosen normally, but the taste - wow! Cheese fondue and home made desserts were also good. Thoroughly recommended.

“A Real Gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 1, 2012

Stumbled on this place by accident and so glad we took the chance. Firstly the wine was very reasonable.....€8-9 for a decent bottle.
We shared the salmon tartare, tuna carpaccio and beef carpaccio. All were fantastic. We then hared a two person cheese fondue between four of us which was more than enough, it was so rich that I would have struggled to eat more.
All in all its a charming place, friendly staff and cheap food, so glad we found it.
