“Boats and fountains ”
Reviewed July 4, 2013 via mobile

The park is excellent. We took our 7 month old and went on a boat in the lake as well
As a walk round. The whole park is lovely but there's a monument you have to see with fountains, a waterfall and a gold statue, its a must see in barcelona.

“Great place to relax”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

We were walking aroung we ran into it and I was suprised by the beautiful landscape. There is a spectacular waterfall, the Cascada, that was designed by Fontsere with the help of the great Gaudi. Another great pieace of work of Gaudi. The backdrop of the fountain is a exceptional arch that is topped with a sculpture of a manned chariot of four horses.

There are around many sculptures by 19th and 20th century from the Catalan sculptors.I especially liked the angels around the waterfall.

A very relaxing evening away from crowds....Loved it.

“relaxing walk”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

If you want to take a relaxing walk the park it's just the place to be. I liked the most the green parrots fling from one tree to another. In the middlle of the park there is a very nice fountain and a mammut statue.Lot's of people come here to walk, or to lay on the grass and the zoo is situated olso inside the park.

“A great place to chill when the beach is packed”
Reviewed June 18, 2013

I imagine that a lot of people see this on the map and imagine it's just a park, but it's got so much more to offer. The Arc de Triomphe is beautiful, but totally eclipsed by the magnificent Cascada - an elegant fountain. The park is huge and around each corner there is something new to see. I won't ruin it by telling you everything as the surprise element is what brings it all to life. There are families and picnics galore - a really great place to chill in the sunshine when the overcrowded beaches get too much!
