The science museum got neater as we progressed through with many displays and videos. It was also very nice to have English descriptions which does not happen alot in other countries.

CosmoCaixa is one of the best museums we've visited. Our five-year-old absolutely adored it! If, like us, you're into natural history - and especially if you're traveling with kids - this is probably the best 3 Euros you'll spend in Barcelona.

A nice and well organized science museum. There was at that time (august 2012) a very good temporary exhibition about technology with "mind games".

While it is not the largest science museum we have been to, its still fun for our youngest 2 to the oldest 10 years. I advise anyone to arrive early to book the activities as without them you will need only 2 hours to go around. Even though the activities like clik and toca toca are in catalan your kids will enjoy them.

It wasn't my idea to visit a science museum on a visit to Spain... but I'm so pleased we went. As many other reviews have said, we went expecting to spend a couple of hours there, and spent twice as long. Great hands-on exhibits, beautifully presented in a stunning building (languages inc English), and the rainforest is simply amazing. Plus it costs v little to get in; the surprise hit of our five days in Barcelona.
