I eat veggie food as my wife is veggie; I am not.
However I defy anyone to: 1). not like the food here, and 2). not be amazed by the prices. Had lunch there today and a 3 course meal with water (you could have wine) and bread was 8.25 euros each. HOW MUCH?!
I had hummus to start followed by veggie lasagne with green beans salad, then fruit crumble. She had lovely lentil soup followed by a lovely thali (3 curried dishes, chutney, basmati rice, papadum and pakora) and fresh fruit salad. We are currently lying down - we are stuffed. The service was swift and friendly - not surprising the place was busy, with people queueing for a table but we were not hurried along. Even if you're a carnivore do yourself a favour and try this place, just 100 metres from the Contemporary Art Museum

This is a great little vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Raval. The beer options are limited, but the food menu is extensive and very tasty.

I can recommend the tofu sandwich!

The great advantages of the restaurant are warm atmosphere and very nice, friendly service.
There's a choice of really delicious drinks (fresh juices & coctails), few really tasty dishes and the rest is nice and healthy too.
Maybe not very elaborated, but in general nice, healthy, and trustworthy restaurant i guess.

that's the lucky stop that you can find after (or even before) a tour in contemporary art Museums. Very close to Macba this small and informal restaurant is an amazing occasion for vegan people, but with his variety is excellent for non veg** also. The owners come from Nepal and brought with them all their great and "flavoured" experience. You can choose anything without the possibility to find it heavy or not delicious. And is really barato, economico, cheap!
