We found this bar by accident and went back three times in all. The bar is really just one small room that only seats about ten- twelve around the bar itself. No one seems to mind standing and drinking and times when we did that we ended up getting a seat pretty quickly anyway. The wine list is limited but excellent quality (reds, whites, cava, no spirits). The owner is friendly (and speaks English) and the bar seems to be frequented by locals from the lane and area. Its a nice change to the tourist bars and we just enjoyed sitting there, trying the wine, chatting to the owner and whiling away an evening. Nice touch is the free tapa he gives you, ultilising great cheese sold by another establishment just down the lane. he also has a small menu of cheeses. Try the award winning World Cheese gold medal sheeps milk cheese he has on his menu. Amazing.
