Very much enjoyed the 2 hour tour led by Micky. We learned a lot and appreciated his skillful presentation. A tour worth taking when it's your first visit to BCL!

We were disappointed in how there wasn’t enough.discussion of Gaudi in the Gaudi tour. The tour wasn’t bad but it is expensive for a 90 minute walk so we expected more. For one, there was limited discussion of Gaudi’s life, approach or works beyond the three visited on the tour. Our guide even told us the incorrect age at which Gaudi died. Additionally, while the tour met across from Sagrada Familia, the guide did not spend a lot of time at all talking about the exterior of the Basilica, Gaudi’s masterpiece. The tour was more of a Modernisme walk, and it did cover about half a dozen impressive Modernisme houses designed by other architects. We went into the lobbies of a couple to get a taste for them and they were pretty amazing. The guide also talked a lot almost the whole time of the tour, which I appreciated. While we didn’t hear as much about Gaudi as I had expected, we did learn a bunch about Barcelona and see some very interesting buildings.

Dear Guest,
thank you for providing your feedback.
I see you enjoyed the itinerary of the tour and all that it includes You also enjoyed how your guide conducted the tour. I'm delighted (we try hard, we want your limited time in our city to be memorable and wonderful!).
You do wish it were cheaper. Now our service includes skip-the-line entrance into Casa Batllo, Gaudi's most accomplished masterpiece. So you spend a little extra, and in return for that you gain time (often a lot of time!) and convenience. We're just about the only company to offer this benefit (at no profit to us, btw).
We hope that for travellers who want to see all that Barcelona has to offer, it's well worth it!
Warm regards from Barcelona and Catalonia!

Met our tour guide Gabriel at the Casa Batilo. We learned so much about the area, architecture and Gaudi...he (Gabriel) was amazing! Well worth the Euros and he went over an hour past the 90 minutes promised! Can't say enough about how pleased we were with the tour, even our Rick Steves guidebook didn't go this in depth and make it interesting!

We took the free 2.5 hour tour of the Barri Gothic and El Born. Gabriel was fabulous at providing a historical perspective to all the major sites yet kept the tone lighthearted. As we walked between sites, Gabriel kept us engaged and conversed with all 10 of us in the group. He discussed many of the historical events and was able provide linkages to today's separatist movement. Bring good walking shoes. There is a significant amount of walking. Our time flew by on this tour.

P. S. this is a free tour but tips are expected if you enjoyed the tour so do not forget to tip the guide.

We booked a private tour for five to visit Dali's Museum in Figures where he was born and buried. The van picked us up promptly at the hotel. Our guide, amino, and driver, Esteban, were very friendly answering all of our questions as we drove from Barcelona through the countryside to small village of Figures. The museum was impressive. Dali was so talented and his numerous works in all media were quite impressive. Our guide understood the artist and his works and provided insight into the meaning possibly being conveyed by this unique artist. After spending 2 hr at the museum , we drove to Girona to see the monastery and cathedral as well as a walking tour of the oldest part of the village. Our guide was terrific. She was attentive to our needs and spoke very good English. Highly recommend this tour.

I loved the small group tour, only five in my group. Tour was just long enough to give highlights of places that I wanted to return to, but not too involved to get overwhelming or boring. I was also impressed by the personal service that I received. Due to a flight cancellation there were potential issues for me arriving on-time. The DWB guide went out of her way to get me the Casa Batllo ticket delivering it personally to my hotel. Turns out that I made the tour on time but was definitely impressed with the team's desire for customer satisfaction under difficult circumstances. As I travel, I'll look them up in other cities too!

We had kind of a 'private' tour, since there was no-one else but the 2 of us coming. The guide made us feel she really was into Gaudi architecture which takes an important place in Bacelona and at the same time a really nice person. She frequently asked questions so that you could make up your mind about the topic and got involved rather than just listening to a lecture. All in all really worth it.

Listening to the guide made the tour informative, history and development of the city was amazing.
Within this tour you may see things from religious point, artistic view, modern structure of Barca, and a lot of others.
