Please, take note that our property does accept cash, so please make sure that you are writing this comment in the correct Hotel. In case Front Desk staff asked you for a credit card, is because of a guarantee, but never will be used without your authorisation.
I suggest you to check the times of the transaction, since maybe the credit card was used before check-in and you are not able to see until 1-2 days after in your account.
Our staff is very competent and has been working with us for many years. It is the first time we received a comment like this, so please be so kind to double check.
