The hotel is very stylish, and the rooms are nice. We had a triple room and it was very spacious. Loved the small balcony; doesn’t really face anything interesting, but it was nice to sit outside and catch fresh air. It is a bit far from the touristy spots, but it isn’t hard to catch a cab in Barcelona. Daily housekeeping which is a plus!! We had breakfast one morning, and it was great. Very fulfilling and there was a variety of choices. Juice, milk, coffee, pastries, eggs, sausages, cereals, etc…..
The staff is very courteous and helpful. We wanted to attend the highly anticipated and attended FCBarcelona vs Real Madrid soccer match. I asked the hotel staff for help in securing tickets. Ariel was very helpful and found tickets; unfortunately there was some issue with the broker and he decided not to secure tickets after all. We ended up with tickets (through another outlet) and it was the best time ever! However, glad to know that Ariel and the staff look out for the customer’s best interest. I had a few inquiries as to events and things to do and they researched and had answers. No wi-fi in rooms but there is in the lobby; which was no biggie for us. I would recommend.More
