Very bad mattresses. At least coffee/tea maker should be provided for this price you charged. Compared with Atlantis. Atlantis has even better location, more central and close to metro. Atlantis had everything key for safe, free wi-fi, comfortable beds , coffee/tea maker. Including nice breakfast price was much better.

regards, TL

We got to the hotel early and checked in, they had a room available for us with a double bed. We checked our bags in with them and went on a bus tour of Barcelona and came back at 2:30pm. When we went to get our keys they had given our room away and only had rooms with single beds, even though we already checked in with the double bed room. They said they had no rooms to offer with a double bed so we were given a room with two singles.. when we went to the room the beds were not made, upon entering the room further, there was luggage, shopping bags and clothes in the closet.. they had given us a key to someone else's room.. fuming at this point I returned to the desk where they laughed at me and did not apologize and just gave me a new key as if it was no big deal. I was blown away at their low level of customer service. The beds were not comfortable and the rooms were not sound proof so you could hear noises all night from outside, from the busy train station. This is not how I had wanted to spend the last night of my Honeymoon, not even being able to sleep in the same bed as my new husband. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The buffet was not very good, and the "wifi" which was very expensive, was so slow it wasn't worth using. I usually at least have something positive to add but there is honestly nothing that was good about it. There was a security guard at the door.. but it didn't do much good, because a lady's luggage was taken out of the lobby while he was standing there.. I was extremely unimpressed by the entire experience.

Room Tip: If you are going to check in early with a good room, take your key right away so they don't give it away to someone else. and don't leave valuables in your room incase they give someone else your room key to get into your room.

Great hotel, great location with a 5 min walk to metro. Staff were great. Remote not working for the tv, I rang reception and they dropped one up in less than 5 min. We enjoyed the stay. Well worth the stay and it was a very reasonable price for the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Executive room was very clean, and was tidied each day thoroughly. Did not eat here. The roof-top pool was closed as out of season, but did go and have a look. Bed was very comfortable, and air- conditioning was a must. A small balcony outside window was pleasant.
