I was very happy with my stay. The staff was most helpful and understanding of my lack of Spanish, and did their best to help me in English. They even knew to suggest "cafe Americano" which was great. The room was one of the nicest of my month-long trip through Europe and the hotel interiors are beautiful. The location in the heart of the Gotti is also great. The bar staff was especially friendly and helpful. They had the chef make up hot and fresh and wonderful Pasta Bolognese at 11:00 pm when I was looking for food after an all day train trip from Paris without food!
