Awful awful awful. Our €15 paella (supposedly for two...small enough that a child would still be hungry) still had the beards attached. Chips were cold, service distantant and cold. Tortilla stone cold (as if it had been taken out of the freezer). Just a very bad experience for my first birthday living in Barcelona. The only advantage was the beautiful scenery.

It would be easy to be churlish and say the restaurant, because of its touristy location, was looking to disappoint. However, the sun was out, the sea was calm, the beer was cold and the couple of bits of tapas we had to keep us going were passable. So not a disaster all in all.

Would I recommend? Yes, if you happen to be in the Maremagnum Centre and in need of a break as the prices were okay and the staff were pleasant. But it's no destination restaurant in my opinion.

A sunny day, an outside terrace a cold beer...sounds good? Well those bits were.

Slow service with miserable looking staff and mass produced tapa were not. Unluckily we were very tired and a bit hungry and could not be bothered to go further.

OK the prices were in line with tourist locations but this branch of the chain has not encouraged me toe try any more outlets. I'd rather pop in El Raval and try a 'greasy spoon' type bar.

Food is average although the paella we had was good and there were some different Tapas - but most of the menu was quite standard. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly but not particularly bothered about giving good service. Great location though at the end of the Ramblas overlooking the sea. Service and food was better at lunch than dinner. The kids liked it a lot though!

Great food, big, airy seating area overlooking the sea, good Sangria, what more could you expect from a mall restaurant? We loved it, as did the kids - will be back.
