First, what I liked. The classical music in the hall and the cozy pillows where you can sit gives you a relaxing experience while eating. There's plenty of vegetarian options and all what you eat is produced in Catalonia so that means it comes from just 250 km away. Lamb from the Pyrenees, Fish from Costa Brava, Oranges and olive oil from Terres de l'Ebre....and then the wines, a large selection of red and whites, and no need to buy the full bottle, you can order just a glass.
Then, what I didn´t like. I think the menu could be a little bit larger and include something more than just salads and sandwiches, even if they taste so good surely somebody would love to have a larger choice. Then, maybe the wine glasses are a litthe bit expensive. A young white costs just 1 EUR, but 8 EUR for a glass of red....never seen it before, even in Bordeaux.
But overall, if there's something to regret is that there's only one single restaurant of Fastvinic in the whole Catalonia, the one in Diputació street in BCN. I'd like to see many more everywhere because his bussiness idea is so tasty original!
