This is a restaurant with a very high percentage of local customers. And that's a good sign for a gourmet evening out. The cuisine is classical, but on the light side. Sauces are classical reductions and the fois gras (duck) could not be better. A nice touch is also that there are small starter portions or starters to share...

The food served here is excellent and the service use to be attentive. They prepare quite well both meat and fish and for some dishes they offer half portion which is very convenient to taste several things. I would recommend the lamb and they also prepare quite well the cod.

They also have an extensive wine list including red and whites from different regions in Spain.

I have only two small critics. The portions are a bit small and they charge 1.5 euros for a small piece of bread (it's really good). I still don't understand why in Spain, where bread has been a fundamental part of each meal, the restaurants charge for it.

Amazing food and very friendly service! We had the tasting menu and every item was incredibly delicious. Very good value for money as well- €37 for 6, 1/2 sized portions.
Highly recommend to anyone coming to Barcelona!

This restaurant has been recommended to us by a friend and I must say we are very glad to visit it. We went there after a long day of walking around in Barcelona for a nice and quiet dinner. It was a great experience from the first moment. We did not have a reservation (although it is highly recommendable) but we were kindly given a table for two by a very pleasant waitress.
We started our meal with a nice bottle of white wine suggested by staff and no regrets there. It was perfectly chilled and very tasty. We were offered some apetizers which were delicious, small spanish spicy sausages toasted in bread. I ordered steak tartar and my friend had foie micuit as a started. Stek tartar was made with lots of care and seasoned to perfection. It has always been hard to find a good one but this was a good choice. My friend who had foie micuit was very pleased too. As a main dish we ordered slowly cooked lamb shoulder and was tender, sweet and very very tasty. Even though we were pretty full by the time we finished we could not restst trying cheese souffle which really left us with the sensation of wantiing to come back again. After such a long day it was perfect ending. We will be coming back when we visit Barcelona again next year.

The only dish worth sampling from the menu was the ravioli. No olive oil on the table. We had to request that. We had to pour our own wine and water ourselves. The waitress disappeared after taking our order.
This restaurant was quite empty for a friday night. Itwas an abolute dissappointment for us as international foodies that like to have good service, good food to enjoy a nice evening. The cheese soufle desert was not up to standard. We would not recommend this restaurant to any one and would not go back. We considered we were mislead by tripadvisor rating 4.6

In San Francisco, California this restaurant would be out of business. Our rating for this restaurant would be 1 out of 5.111
