We concur with recent guests that this small restaurant a few blocks from the port beginning of La Rambla is a real find. Michel, the Belgian owner, started making his own ice cream from best fresh ingredients, and bought the restaurant three and a half years ago. The menu is a combination of good local ingredients and various European cuisines, with a Belgian touch. We had the moules frites, and mussels and fries were a step above the usual version, largely because of the plump Galacian mussels and the interesting broth. We also had the duck on sweet potato and cinnamon puree. Amazing flavors and they really work. Only warning: unless you prefer your duck breast rare (as indeed I do), let them know, because it comes very rare (and delicious). A bottle of very serviceable Spanish Chardonnay was only 14 euros. Good value. Excellent meal.
