This building has a very "biomorphic" feel to it, very curvy and almost surreal. The rooftop has an art installation (actually the whole thing is an art installation in some ways) using a water and light. Very unique. Save time and $$ by ordering tickets online.

Paid in advance and on line for silver entrance which was a great way of ensuring speedy entry. What a great experience - so much to see and admire.

Casa Battlo caught us by surprise. Such unusual architecture & stunning in the November sun. The queues to get into Casa Battle stretched right up the road - so would definitely recommend buying tickets in advance - or skip the line tickets.

Gaudi is an incredibly talented architect, clearly demonstrated by how unique both buildings are.

For the first, he intended to build a worthy place of religious worship which would awe and inspire devotion.

The Casa Batllo is a whimsical building which combines innovative practical features and creative expression. It has an underwater theme!

The augmented reality guide is a bit basic and gimmicky but fun. Was my first try of augmented reality in a tour setting.

Definitely recommend! Buy your tickets online in advance for fuss free entry.

This house cannot be descibed in words or pictures. It is a MUST see. The architecture and design is incredible.
Even more incredible is the audio guide with a virtial reality handset showing the house as it would have been originally. Buy the gold pass for an extra treat at the end!
It's incredibly busy so buy your ticket in advance and consider going early morning or late afternoon.

The Casa Batllo is one of Gaudi's greatest achievements. Truly spectacular and amazing. A must see experience if you are visiting Barcelona.

Gaudi at his best with a wonderful self guided tour of Casa Batilo. Buy tickets ahead of time and avoid line. Great self paced tour of the house with gift shop. Shows Gaudi at his best along with other sites in Barcelona

When I booked the trip, I was not sure whether I should pay for 3 tickets for Casa Battlo, it seemed pretty expensive. I am very happy I did and we could visit it and I really recommend anyone to Take the time to explore it. You will be amazed from the first staircase until you reach the top. It is an Art Nouveau masterpiece! Gaudi imagined it as the shelter of a marine creature and everything resembles the marvelous underwater world. I suggest buying the ticket online and make sure that you arrive in time. You will save money and time.

Amazing flowing architecture, but the view of the outside is just about as good as the visit inside, given the cost of entry. Helpful information from an attendant to tell us about the current (and ongoing?) restoration

Dear fenemor,
Thank you very much for your comment after visiting Casa Batllo.
It is a pleasure to know that enjoyed the visit to Antoni Gaudi´s architectural jewel of, that has been inscribed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 2005.
Referring to the price of admission, please let us tell you that Casa Batllo is a privately owned property that does not receive any aid or public subsidy. Therefore, thanks to the management model applied in this building, much of the proceeds from ticket sales are invested in the conservation and maintenance of this House for the enjoyment of visitors. Also we invest in many projects related with R & D (research and development) that allow us to continue researching and innovating the cultural sector in order to make the visitors experience better every day.
Please also note that the price of admission includes a virtual augmented reality video tour using the latest technology, something that is unique in the cultural sector. The video tour significantly expands the perspectives that visitors can enjoy of this modernist masterpiece.

The details and history behind this building have you just in awe of Gaudi's mind. Not just the exterior architecture but all the details even down to single pieces of furniture are just amazing.

Highly recommend to book tickets online, you can generally just book a day before, and make sure to get the Video Guided tour!

Its great - every room you move into, you can see on a hand held device stories about certain sections of the house. The device is also interactive which makes it interesting.

Great experience.
