Casa Batllo is a wonderful chance to see some of Gaudi's best work. We did the Sunday night theatrical tour and had an actor portraying Senior Gaudi take us around the house and describe what was behind many of the architectural designs. Very interesting and great to get the inside story on why things were done the way they were. We were free to wander the house after the tour as well, which was an added bonus.

Casa Battló is found in the center of Barcelona and you’ll be able to spot it easily with the crowd of tourists, each with a camera in hand, standing in front of the building.

I'd highly recommend you make a quick visit (even if you don't plan to go inside), just to be able to see Gaudí's architecture. It's quite close to many sightseeing spots, so make sure to walk around and explore from there!

Excellent skip the line tour. The audio tour is so awesome. When you view the building through the provided video equipment, you get to view Casa Batllo as it looked years ago. Gaudi was a genius and this house proves it! This is a great tour for all ages.

My husband and I enjoyed this visit and had a good time. We did the audio guide tour and it was easy to navigate. During our tour there was a moment someone was talking loudly on their phone and that was quite annoying. I don’t recommend this tour for young children. The space inside is a little tight so try and go when it’s not crowded. Definitely a must see!

I arrived at the museum at 9:30 am and there was no line. It wasn't crowded at all. It is very beautiful and unique. I would recommend it.

This building has a very "biomorphic" feel to it, very curvy and almost surreal. The rooftop has an art installation (actually the whole thing is an art installation in some ways) using a water and light. Very unique. Save time and $$ by ordering tickets online.

Paid in advance and on line for silver entrance which was a great way of ensuring speedy entry. What a great experience - so much to see and admire.

Casa Battlo caught us by surprise. Such unusual architecture & stunning in the November sun. The queues to get into Casa Battle stretched right up the road - so would definitely recommend buying tickets in advance - or skip the line tickets.

Gaudi is an incredibly talented architect, clearly demonstrated by how unique both buildings are.

For the first, he intended to build a worthy place of religious worship which would awe and inspire devotion.

The Casa Batllo is a whimsical building which combines innovative practical features and creative expression. It has an underwater theme!

The augmented reality guide is a bit basic and gimmicky but fun. Was my first try of augmented reality in a tour setting.

Definitely recommend! Buy your tickets online in advance for fuss free entry.

This house cannot be descibed in words or pictures. It is a MUST see. The architecture and design is incredible.
Even more incredible is the audio guide with a virtial reality handset showing the house as it would have been originally. Buy the gold pass for an extra treat at the end!
It's incredibly busy so buy your ticket in advance and consider going early morning or late afternoon.
