Along the Passeig de Gracia, this beautiful fairytale house stands out, with its typical Gaudi curves and colors, embedded amongst buildings with more traditional architecture. Quite expensive to visit, but worth every single cent (free for arts students). There is usually a line of tourists visiting, thus, the house can get full inside. An audio-guide is available and is recommended, and photography is allowed. The Barcelona hop-on hop-off tourist bus stops here, and it is also a short walk from the metro. Inside, one easily gets smitten by Gaudi's design, every floor and every room with different colors and lines, and the entrance fee allows visitors access up to the famous picturesque rooftop! Allow an hour or two to absorb the beauty of this place! A site one should not miss when visiting Barcelona!!!
